Ace165 FAQ – Answers to All Your Questions

A successful deposit on ace165 is typically 5 to 15 minutes credited to your account balance. Occasionally, delays may occur due to network issues or payment gateway congestion. In that case, follow the steps below:

• Wait 30 minutes: In most cases, the issue resolves on its own within 30 minutes.
• Get Your Transaction ID: Open your bKash or Nagad app and copy the TrxID (Transaction ID) for that transaction.
• Contact ace165 Support: Share your TrxID, transaction time, amount, and your ace165 registered mobile number via Live Chat.
• What Support Will Do: The ace165 team contacts the payment gateway directly and typically resolves the issue within 15–30 minutes.

If a deposit fails entirely – meaning no amount was deducted from bKash/Nagad either – no action is needed; simply try again. However, if the amount was deducted but hasn't appeared in your ace165 account, contact support within 24 hours. ace165 ensures every valid deposit reaches the member's account.

A multi-bet on ace165 – also known as an Accumulator or Parlay – combines selections from multiple matches into a single bet. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, so the potential payout is much higher, but every selection must be correct to win.

Steps to place a multi-bet on ace165:

• Go to the Sports Betting section and select your first match and outcome. The selection will be added to your Bet Slip.
• Add your second, third, and as many more selections as you like in the same way. ace165 allows up to 15 selections in a single Multi-Bet.
• On the bet slip, switch from "Single Bet" to the "Multi" or "Accumulator" option.
• Enter your total stake amount and ace165 will automatically calculate your potential winnings.
• Click the "Confirm Bet" button.

Please note: On ace165, you cannot add selections from two different sides of the same match within a single multi-bet (e.g., two opposing outcomes from the same game). This will be rejected as a "contradictory" bet. The minimum stake for a multi-bet on ace165 is ৳50.

Ace165 has specific rules for cancelled or abandoned matches, in line with international betting standards:

• Cancelled Before Match Starts: If a match is cancelled before it starts after a bet has been placed, the full stake is returned to the ace165 account.
• Minimum Overs Requirement (Cricket): In T20 cricket, a match is generally considered complete once at least 5 overs have been bowled, and in ODIs, at least 20 overs. If the result is determined via the DLS method, ace165 settles bets according to that result.
• Football & Other Sports: A match is generally considered valid once 80% of the scheduled duration has been completed.
• Live Bet: For bets placed during a live match, ace165 settles based on the score at the time the match was suspended.
• Cancelled Match in a Multi-Bet: If one match in a Multi-Bet is cancelled, that leg's odds are set to "1.0" and the bet continues on the remaining matches.

Ace165 typically settles bets within 6 hours of a match cancellation announcement and issues refunds automatically where applicable. If you experience any issues, contact ace165 support with your bet reference number.
