Each individual may only create one account at ace165. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address will result in all accounts being closed, all bonuses being forfeited, and the balance may be frozen.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and address during registration.
• If you register with false or inaccurate information, your account may be closed at any time.
• To change your registered mobile number, you will need to submit a request to the support team.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

For large withdrawals, ace165 may require KYC verification to be completed. This process involves submitting a national ID, proof of address, and a selfie. Large withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is verified.

3 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed at ace165, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check all details before placing your bet. In Live Betting, odds change rapidly, so bets may occasionally be rejected — in that case, the amount will be returned to your account.

Ace165 may occasionally display incorrect odds due to technical errors. In such cases, ace165 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect odds and issue a full refund. If fraudulent betting or market manipulation is detected, the relevant bets and accounts will be cancelled.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining odds.
• In the event of a dispute over a score or result, the official governing body's ruling will be considered final.
• Ace165 is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays during in-play betting.
• Ace165 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits on specific markets or events at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at ace165 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the full terms of any offer carefully before claiming a bonus. ace165 discloses all bonus-related information with complete transparency.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively. A member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required rollover has been completed.

• The rollover requirement for a welcome bonus is typically 10–20 times the bonus amount.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will be considered fraud.
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited to members' accounts every Monday.

Ace165 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time. If you're unsure about the terms of a bonus, ask the support team — we're always happy to help.
